Project management

Project management methodology helps enable the successful implementation of various initiatives from their conception to implementation. Every organization needs project management, but not necessarily to the same level or extent. It all depends on the maturity of the organization and the number and complexity of projects it carries out.

The importance of project management strategy

Before implementing or changing a project management methodology, it is first important to understand what the change is about.

Here are questions to ask before any change in project management:

  1. What are the current project management practices?

  2. What is a project in an organization?

  3. Who can be a project manager in an organization?

  4. What tools do you use to manage the project?

  5. What indicators are measured in project management?

Project management retrospective in organizations

It is important to me that the result is achieved, so after discussing the current situation in the organization, we will agree on the main goals that you are aiming for with the change. We will identify how we will measure the achieved result and assess whether monitoring is necessary after the changes.
