Change management in organizations

Change management is a practice used around the world to manage the negative reactions of those who will be affected by the change. This area consists of: human behavior/reactions, stakeholder and communication management, etc.

One of the most complex changes that requires strong change management skills is when the change being implemented affect the people working in the organization. It is important to be prepared for such cases in order to control the rising tension and possible losses.

Implementation of new processes in organizations

One of the changes in the organization is to implement practices in the organization so that everyone understands each other and knows their role.

Before implementing any change, it is important to understand:

1. What are you aiming for with the planned change?
2. How do you manage people's current reactions?
3. What kind of people's reactions can be expected and why?
4. Who will be affected by the planned changes?

Retrospective after change implementation

It is important to me that the result is achieved, so after discussing the current situation in the organization, we will agree on the main goals you are pursuing. We will identify how we will measure the achieved result and assess whether monitoring is necessary after the changes.

Clients talk about me

Vita, Thank you for accepting the invitation from us, the Baltic project management team, to join our monthly meeting and share the way of working in the areas of PM, PMO, a very professional way of working! Since the PM/PMO community is quite small, it is always valuable and interesting to collaborate and share knowledge. We really appreciate the time you spent with us, bringing inspiration and a very positive attitude!
